Order Processing Time: Confirmed orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days. We will do our best to ship your order within 4 hours on a business day. WE DO NOT SHIP ON SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.
We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for late or mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office, after that, it is out of our control.
Lost , Damaged, or Stolen Packages – We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE CLAIM WITH USPS.

Free Shipping on Orders over $75
We offer Free Standard USPS Shipping on all orders over $75 to the Continental United States only. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands DO NOT qualify for free standard shipping. Orders over 15 lbs do not qualify for free shipping. This is an economy ground shipping service. Shipping service used is at our discretion. Because we need to abide by shipping carrier regulations, certain items require special packaging or handling, such as liquids, fragile items, heavyweight and other non-standard products. In this case, the shipping portion of the order is free, but we must charge for the special packaging or handling required. This offer may be withdrawn at any time. Return & Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Some types of goods are exempt from being returned.

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank, again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
