Due to unfortunate circumstances and the new regulations concerning hemp-derived cannabinoids implemented by the New York State Office of Cannabis Management, our last day of operations will be 09/30/2023. These new regulations effectively eliminate 65% of our sales, rendering the business unsustainable. While these regulations were implemented illegally, we simply do not possess the resources required to fight.

Over the last 3 years, we have been extremely grateful for all our customers. Especially those that became friends and even family. We cannot express how much we appreciate all the love and support that we have been given. We thank each and every customer from the bottom of our broken hearts. Also, a huge thank you to the Village of Lewiston and Upward Niagara Chamber of Commerce.
Please stop in as soon as possible to stock up on your favorite products. As we will no longer be restocking inventory in preparation for the store’s closure.
However, we are not opposed to placing custom orders if they are prepaid and meet the manufacturer/distributor’s minimum purchase requirements.
